If we talk about candlelight glow by too faced review. What do you think? At the Chocolate Bar? At the Semi Sweet?Come on, a little clue! If I speak to you of illuminator or highlighter, does it enlighten you? I’m talking about the Candlelight Glow, unknown to the battalion, but it deserves its share of glory.
To tell you frankly, I’ve never really worn a highlighter so far, and even with Sleek in my kit, I have very rarely felt the need to put on it. But that was before! Well, what if we were talking about the Candlelight Glow now?
Candlelight Glow by Too Faced Review
How did I know this little gem?! Well I received it for Christmas from a friend very dear and I thank her again for this find! Me who did not use a highlighter I find myself using his every day am to tell you!But how is it? As you can see in the photos, it is downright canon! (yes it can be said of an illuminator: p).
It is so much so that I dared not even use it for fear of erasing the pretty drawing of a chandelier engraved on it!Too Faced once again put the package. As with all its products elsewhere.
Packaging level, the case is solid and has a mirror, the ideal product to take with you on vacation! The illuminator is well thought out, because you have the place to place a brush in each of the two parts, which is not often the case in two-tone products of this kind. In short, beautiful and efficient!
Zoom on the product:-
The highlighter is separated into 2 pearly parts, a rose (a cold rosé) and a beige (a golden). The two mixed colors give a very bright golden champagne color. No glitter on the horizon, no “Christmas ball” effect, and the worst is avoided! The finish is modular, which allows accentuating at least the effect “light” that you want something subtle or more visible.

At the level of the texture, it is dry (but gentle rest assured) and can surprise at first but no discomfort once on the face. And especially no falls during the application, nor in the day.You can use this illuminator in several ways, both on the face and on the eyes to bring a light touch under the eyebrow or squarely in eye shadow as desired.
For years I thought my oily skin was not compatible with the highlighter but I was wrong. As long as the rest of the face is well mortified, bringing a luminous finish gives a “living” effect to your skin. And since I discovered this, hard to resist! For my part, I prefer to use the two mixed colors that I apply on the top of the bone of the cheekbone. I have a very clear complexion and the Candlelight Glow brings a touch of summer on my cheeks with its light golden glow.
Combined with a coral blush, this is the perfect combination for a fresh and luminous complexion! You will have understood, I have tried and adopted!
