Hello girls, today we talka bout Chanel chance eau vive review .This is the latest to have joined the range of Chance perfumes. So there is Chance “classic” , Chance Eau Tendre , Chance Eau Fraiche (for which I already cracked a few years ago) and Chance Eau Vive (which came out last year).
Seeing the beautiful days arrive, I started looking for a fresh scent for the summer and if possible not too sweet to change some of my usual fragrances.
Chanel Chance Eau Vive Review
I hesitated for a long time between taking Escale in Portofino from Christian Dior or trying this one and finally my heart turned to the youngest member of the Chance family.
The brand describes it as flower-zested, overflowing with energy and able to lead us in a whirlwind of happiness 🙂 It’s true that seen like that, it’s quite poetic and we have a little trouble to s’ imagine the fragrance ^^.In the top note we can immediately see the grapefruit allied with blood orange, that’s what at home triggered the crush. It is immediately very refreshing, it makes me think a little cologne but very soft and feminine.
A few minutes later when the perfume evolves, we find notes a little warmer and more delicate with the jasmine flower.
In base notes we find cedar-iris vetiver accords that bring out the character and character of the perfume. For me, it’s a perfect spring / summer fragrance! We find the fresh side I was looking for with citrus fruits. It has the delicate and feminine facet brought by the jasmine and the iris-cedar touch gives it a small sensual powdery side very subtle.
After having worn several times Chance Eau Vive I begin to understand what the brand meant with this description “wave of energy that brings you into a whirlwind of happiness”.
Because indeed, the first notes boost you, they are vitaminized, fresh and sparkling! But just what you need to rest assured 🙂
Regarding the bottle he is faithful to the house Chanel, sober, minimalist, elegant and above all very successful. It is round, surrounded by a silver ring that looks like a jewel.
The cabochon has a matte finish and is of course stamped with double C.
This fragrance exists only in eau de toilette as all derivatives of Chance (only Chance “classic” exists in version eau de parfum and eau de toilette). The outfit is average, I would say that the perfume on my skin is about 4 to 5 hours and a little longer on my clothes.
Chance Eau Vive is available in 4 sizes:
- – 35 ml at a price of 59 €
- – 50 ml at a price of 73 €
- – 100 ml at a price of 105 €
- – 150 ml at a price of 122 €
Personally, I took it in 50 ml format to easily take it everywhere with me this summer 🙂
There is also haze for hair, I have never tried because I’ll admit that I’m afraid it dries my hair … It’s normally studied for, but the alcohol in the composition of the product scares me a little . So if you have already tested hair perfumes, tell me in comment 🙂
