Easy to Make Chicken Biryani :
Ingredients
- Chicken (16 finely cut pieces)
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt one and half table spoon
- Red chili powder two table spoon
- Cinnamon
- Black pepper corn
- Cloves
- Green cardamom
- Rice
- Black cumin one table spoon
- Yogurt one and half cups
- Yellow food color
- Garam masala powder
- Ground cardamom
- Nutmeg powder
- Saffron
- Kewra water
- Green chilies
- Green coriander half bunch
- Mint leaves
- For Temper
- Oil one cup
- Fried Red Onion
Cooking Instruction :
Add some water to chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt according to taste, cinnamon sticks, red chili powder ,black pepper and corn. Add cloves and green cardamom. Cover it and cook chicken until it is done. Wait until water gets dry. Take another pan and add cumin and salt with some water and rice into. Boil it until it is 80 % done. Take water out of the rice. Take a bowl, mix yogurt with food color, masala powder, nutmeg and saffron. Add this mixture into prepared chicken and then add a layer of rice. Add oil, chilies and fried onion on top with mint and coriander. Keep it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Grilled Chicken and Strawberry :
Ingredients
- olive oil
- Lime zest
- Lime juice
- Honey
- Salt
- Black pepper grinded
- Romaine Lettuce
- Chicken breasts, grilled and sliced
- Strawberries
- Crumbled feta
- Cooked peas
- Sliced Avacado
- Sliced onion
Cooking Instructions :
Mix olive oil with lime juice, honey and lime zest. Sprinkle some quantity of salt and pepper on it and put it aside. Place romaine lettuce in a big size bowl and add some chicken in to it. Then Season it with strawberries, avocado , chickpeas and sliced onions. You can add salt and pepper to it. Mix it with prepared sauce. Toss it well and server it. Enjoy eating yummy grilled chicken with strawberries.
