ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday listening to a a plea looking for disqualification of co chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari for concealing his assets info.
The plea filed by Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Usman Dar is being heard via Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Justice Athar Minallah.
The Islamabad High Court on Jan 20, had removed objections raised with the aid of the registrar office on disqualification writs subject via Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), looking for disqualification of former president Asif Ali Zardari for concealing details of his property
The IHC registrar workplace had raised administrative objections over the petitions filed via Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Mohammad Usman Dar.

Dar whilst expressing gratitude to the high court at the popularity of his disqualification petition towards Asif Ali Zardari, had said said “The former president might be disqualified underneath Article sixty two (1)(F)”.
The petition filed with the aid of PTI lawmaker Usman Dar had pleaded the court to disqualify the Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman as a National Assembly member for now not being “Sadiq and Amin” below Article sixty two (1)(f) of the Constitution.
It accused Zardari of proudly owning an condo in Belaire Condominiums located at 524 East 72nd Street in New York which he failed to disclose in his nomination papers for the 2018 wellknown elections.
