Mathira started her career in industry as a teacher of Yoga at the private channel. Later in 2011, she got chance to host a late night program on a Vibe TV channel named ‘Love Indicator’ from where she got really boost and get a big amount of fans in Pakistan. She hosted another show on AAG TV named ‘Baji Online’. This amazing actress started her career by modeling and later she began acting in as a hobby and featured in short Tele-films during her studies in London. As Mathira a successful actor in Pakistani Films she also played different roles in Bollywood movies, In 2013 She made her debut in one of Bollywood Punjabi movie ‘Young Malang’ by doing a role in an Item song ‘Lak Ch’. She also appeared in Pakistani Movie by playing role in the Item song ‘Masti Mai Doobi Rat hai’ in “Main Hoon Shahid Afridi” successful movie along with Humayun Saeed. At the end day of 2013 31st December appeared in a new music video ‘Joota’ with young Pakistani rapper Arbaz Khan. She traveled to India in 2014 and acted in a movie which directed by Vipin Sharma.She features in a song “Piya Re” along with Imran and Furqan by paying the tribute to Adnan Sami Khan’s song ‘Bheegi Bheegi Ratoon Mai”. In 2017 she playing a supporting actor in Pakistani TV channel Geo Kahani’s drama serial Nagin. Mathira Firstly played role in Pakistani movie ‘Blind Love’ as a leading actor opposite of Yasir Shah Which was on air at 5th of August 2016. Later she acted with Stars of Pakistani Industry ‘Danish Taimoor’ and ‘Sikander’ with ‘Farhan Aly Agha’ and ‘Moammar Rana’ in ‘Tum Hi To Ho’.
