Sweet Cheese Balls

Ingredients

around 2 packets of softened cream cheese.
half cup of white sugar.
1 cups of flaked coconut.
finely chopped cherries 7-8.
pecans 1 cup finely chopped.
fresh fruits assorted.

Cooking Instructions :

Take a small bowl and beat cheese cream mixed it with sugar. Beat it to make an even paste. Also mix the coconuts and chopped cherries in a bowl , shape it to make a boll and roll in pecans. Serve it with fruits. Keep covered and refrigerate it before serving it.

Gulab Jaman

Ingredients

Powder milk
Egg
Semolina
All purpose flour
Clarified butter
Baking powder
Water
Sugar
Kewra water
Cardamoms powder

Cooking Instructions :

Mix all the things well together.
Rub the paste to make a smooth dough.
Starting creating round balls out of it.
On low frame, start frying it till it gets dark brown.
To create sugar syrup, Boil sugar, cardamoms powder, kewra and water till dissolved and starts boiling.
Add the fried gulab jaman to this sugar syrup.
Cook it on slow frame for 10 mints. Serve it.

Shahi Tukra

Ingredients

Milk
Sugar
Saffron
Khoya
Almond
Pistachio
Bread
Oil for frying
Silver paper
Cardamom

Cooking Instructions :

Fry all the bread slices till it gets dark brown and put all in a dish
Boil milk in a bowl and mix everything in that. Boil milk till half of i is left in bowl.
Arrange bread slices finely in a dish, sprinkle boiled milk mixture on it .
Wait for it to be cool.
